How reference checks online works

1 - The Recruiter Invites the Applicant

Recruiter invites applicant to submit references online. Recruiter selects the reference check, enters the applicants email address and clicks send. That’s it. 60 seconds to complete this task.

2 - Applicant Enters References

The candidate receives invitation, explaining that you are requesting a reference check. Included is a link for the candidate to add their references. Candidate simply adds their reference’s information. Once your candidate completes and submits the request, an email will be sent to each of candidate’s references with a link to the reference check questionnaire.

3 -References Receive Invitation

References receive an email, sent on behalf of the candidate. Reference clicks the link containing the reference check questionnaire. The reference survey takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Most referee’s complete and submit their reference within 18 – 48 hours.

Final Report

When the reference check is completed, all references are aggregated into one final report, giving you a detailed analysis of your candidate’s past performance, allowing you to choose the best person for the job.
