How do I get the results?

You will receive an email, informing you your reference check report is delivered into your account. Simply login and you will see all completed reference checks. You can download the reference check, share it or keep it in the applicant’s profile.

How long does a reference check take?

Using Hiringcue’s Automated Reference Checks, reduces time to complete compared to traditional reference checks. Typically, most checks take 24-48 hours. However, time spent by recruiter is 60 seconds.

Will you have Monthly plans?

At this time, we only offer credit purchases. We will introduce monthly subscriptions in  2019. Monthly plans will be discounted even more. 

Is there a contract?

Nope. You simply choose the number of credits and get started. Add more credits as you need them. You can cancel at any time.

What happens when the free trial ends?

When you log in you will receive a notification, that your trial is expiring soon. At that time, you will have the option to add more credits to your account.

Can I add more credits if I run out?

Absolutely, you can add to your credit bank at any time. The same discounts apply when you add more credits.

Do you have phone support?

We currently do not have phone support. We have excellent email support, available 24/7. We can schedule call if your problem is not resolved.

How many references can I have per reference check?

Unlimited.  Most companies check at least 3 references per check. However, you can have as many as you want. 

How much does it cost?

We have several different options to choose from. If you only need one reference check, the cost is $24.99. You can substantially lower your cost per check by purchasing credits. Your credits are added to your account and you can use them as you need them. When you purchase credits, you can lower your  cost per check to as low as $5.00 per reference check.

What types of questions are references asked?

References will be asked questions that are relevant to the type of employment the applicant is seeking with your organization. Questions are designed to provoke feedback from references that gets you meaningful feedback on a candidate’s past performance. Choose from our library of reference checks or create your own.

How does the free trial work?

When you sign up, you receive 3 free credits and 14 days to evaluate Hiringcue. Credits can be used for any service, reference check, pre-interview questionnaires or interview debriefs.

How do I pay when the trial ends?

 All major credit cards are accepted. Including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. You simply choose how many credits you need and we bill your credit card.

Do credits Expire?

Yes, when you purchase credits you have 6 months to use them. Most clients who purchase in bulk, purchase enough to last them 1-3 months. The more you purchase your cost per check goes down.

Are there any additional fees?

No. We only charge for the number of credits you purchase. You receive all the benefits and features. No hidden fees.

Do I have to install any software?

No. Hiringcue is software as a service, (SAAS). Hiringcue is hosted in the cloud, available anywhere on any device. You don’t need any servers or technical experience. All you need is an internet connection and your favorite browser.

Does the Passive candidate database cost extra?

No. We only charge for credits. Each credit can be used either for reference checks, interview debrief or pre-interview questionnaires.

How do you ensure data security?

We use industry standard data encryption and back up all data daily.

How secure is my payment information?

We use industry standard SSL encryption for all payment processing. We will never store your credit card information on our servers.
